Free changes

Weather & safety cancellations
If the guide cancels for safety reasons (flash floods, sandstorm, road closure) you get a full refund — or we reschedule at no extra cost.
No-show
If you don't show up at the agreed meeting point and don't reply to the guide within 30 minutes, the booking is treated as a no-show with no refund.
How to cancel
- Go to your dashboard → My Bookings
- Click 'Cancel' on the booking
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
